Various artist-Compilation
Only sell on digital download!!!
First compilation of agOOn-AGooN, a small but activ french collective, Transmission Vol1 is
dedicated to new electronic based music from all over Europe and overseas...
Listening to music during hours for the compilation, we have discovered a lot of great artists
signed or unsigned but all doing a professional and original production.
More and more, the music we can here on radio is formatted, no place for originality, good lyrics, good melodies..kind of fastfood music...even it sounds like a cliche, most of the time we have to found real music in the huge scene which is the internet....
The idea to do a compilation is to find the real talented artists and to share and propose theym
to the world thru I-Tunes and others digital download platform..
We are proud and thanx all of theym for the great work and hope that this project will help their carreer and bring a new audience and opportunities..
We encourage you to listen to the compil carefully, visit their website and support theym buying their music and/or going to their shows...
'The Greenmatics', formerly known as 'Emerald Green', was originally a happy obsession/self produced 2004 solo project of noted live music photographer (and former original 'The Shocking Pinks' vocalist) Melanie Smith. Armed with the Demos and a vision too large for any old Christchurch bedroom, Mel relocated to Auckland in late 2004 to pursue her musical aspirations. Whilst in Auckland Mel put together a 3 piece band, they received a nomination for "Most Promising New Act" in the 2005 bNet Music Awards, played a lot of gigs, completed a Nationwide Tour of New Zealand during May 2005, got playlisted on many NZ Radiostations and had the video for 'In Limbo' aired on New Zealand's TV Music Station C4. In late 2005 Mel relocated to Melbourne to do it all over again.

Mach Fox-Minneapolis USA.
Like a DeLorean time machine, Mach FoXs sleek, sci-fi pop exists simultaneously in the electropunk future and the retro-synthpop past. Twitchy computer beats, jittery synthesizers, and ethereal, Cure-inspired guitars interweave in Mach FoXs hall of mirrors, with Machs soaring, mournful vocals serving as a guide through the labyrinth. While plenty of current bands cop the flash and glitter of 80s electronic pop, Mach FoX is one of the few to capture a bit of its soul.

Panda Transport(France-USA), aka, pantrans, is a transcontinental aural meeting of gentle madness between french based thierry Holweck of Severin 24 and american songstress Kathy Compton. They met in Lyon France on a May day in 2004 and two days later had recorded their first work, a mellow, sparkly rendition of "Dindi". Since then, Kat and Ti have performed in both Europe and the States and jammed each others tastes down the other's throats when it comes to what good music should sound like, why using real instruments is valid and singing outside of the pentatonic scale broadens the palette. Currently they are at work to release their first proper collection of songs.

RISQUÉ indeed is this fresh and quirky sound that strikes your heart-strings like a bolt of electro lightning! RISQUÉ is Nathalie and Huw, a new and vibrant, French and Welsh combo, wed to each other and their music. Huw already has a well-established track-record for innovative synth production, with a concatenation of electro chart-toppers, including RUBIKON and ROOKIE.
Nathalie's (who is French as in the movie!) voice is spellbinding, somehow creating a lyrical synthesis of innocence and sensuality. Whats more, she intonates her lyrics in English and français, exuding a romantic pan-European aura.
