notes
Angel City Chorale (ACC), conducted by renowned artistic director Sue Fink, is a multi-talented, multi-cultural Los Angeles based choir that truly reflects the spirit of the city it calls home. Founded at world famous McCabe’s Guitar Shop in 1993 with just 18 singers, the group's extraordinary ability to blend a passion for music with a love of performance is truly unmatched.
Consisting of 120 singers, ranging from full-time musicians to business professionals and hobbyists, ACC members sing together with the warmth and boisterousness of best friends hanging around a camp fire.
Performing an extraordinary repertoire ranging from Classical and Folk to Pop and Gospel, ACC makes the art of music come alive with a repertoire of remarkable breadth. In fact, the group’s mastery of song across a range of musical traditions has become its hallmark.
The group has recorded four fabulous CDs which reflect the choir's diversity of music sounds and styles.
In addition to its own concerts, ACC has also performed at the Walt Disney Concert Hall, Staples Center, Kodak Theater, the Los Angeles Convention Center and the John Ford Theatre.

Uplifting!
author: Pat CowlesThis CD was given to me by Ruth Simonsen, and I have played it over and over. The music is wonderful, varied and both inspired and inspring. Thank you for this gift of such beautiful music in the world.
Absolutely Fabulous!
author: Ruth SimonsonIf you love choral music, this CD should be in your library. It is beautifully directed and the selections performed are all very inspiring. The talent of the singers, the accompianists and soloists is the very best. At this time in our country, this music is very comforting and hopeful.
