The 9 Miles Band was formed around the music of singer songwriter Hank Beach in 2002 off of the tailspin of two other bands. What started as a 3 piece acoustic-percussive unplugged band evolved into a 5 piece electric percussive band. The band recorded its self titled CD in late 2003 and has been honing their live act ever since.
